HR Policy

The objective of this guide is to define human resources policies and rules that regulate the relationship between the Sons of War organization and its employees by defining and clarifying the duties and rights of both parts, as well as ensuring that all employees of the Sons of War are treated equally. IT also aims at identifying the executive steps to be followed by officials and employees of the Human Resources Unit and by officials and employees of other units to implement the approved HR policies.
